Salesboom - recommended Online CRM Solution for Small BusinessesSalesboom’s online or OnDemand CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Personal Edition is a robust contact, account, and sales lead tracking and management system. You can use SalesBoom Personal to manage your friends, contacts, customers, prospects, vendors, even your staff. The Personal Edition is a completely free, online lifetime CRM solution.

As a free product, there are a few features that have been left out of the Sales Boom Personal CRM version, of course. It is also restricted to one user and is not shareable with other users on your network.

If sharing your contacts, tasks, calendar and more with other members of your team is a requirement, then you should consider their other offerings – SalesBoom Team Edition, Professional Edition, and Enterprise Edition.

The Personal Edition of SalesBoom is designed to be upgraded seamlessly into all the other editions they offer such as Team Edition, Professional Edition, and Enterprise Edition.

SalesBoom Team Edition.

The CRM Team Edition is designed for small to midsize companies and includes professional grade solutions for: Contact Management, Lead Management, Account Management, File & Document Management, Forecasting, Customer Support, Email, and the latest Advanced CRM Business Intelligence, Reporting & Analytics tools. Included is a web-based messaging system (like instant messaging) which allows for cross-company, real-time collaboration among employees – while eliminating the use of enterprise instant messaging for chatting with friends.

Team Edition is designed to service from 6 to 10 users maximum, with a minimum of 4 users. Many of the tabbed modules are included; however, solutions, escalation procedures in case management, XML integration or multiple divisions and teams are excluded. The maximum number of customizable tabs is five and storage is not upgradeable.

The Professional Edition includes all the features of the Team Edition, above, and more. The Professional Edition of SalesBoom CRM is designed for non-departmental businesses that need all the functionality of a large user without the need for a self-service portal, campaigns and XML integration. The maximum allowable number of customizable tabs is 100.

The Professional Edition is priced at approx. $36 per person, per month, with a minimum of 4 users.

SalesBoom Enterprise extends well beyond the scope of SmallBizCRM, as it is designed with the large corporation in mind.
