You're quite right, of course - iContact is not, by by normally accepted definitions anyway, a CRM. That's why we stuck it under Top 10 Contact Managers, but even that, by normally accepted definitions of Contact Managers, might be pushing it, even though we mention that it is a hybrid contact manager / email management product.
What constitutes a CRM is often in the eyes of the beholder, though. Several years ago in South Africa a survey was conducted to determine what was the most popular CRM.. guess what won - Microsoft Outlook..!!
Having said that, we will look again at how we have labelled iContact to avoid any further confusion.
