Javelin CRM is an easy to use web-hosted CRM solution designed for small businesses. It's low cost at $12/user/month with a 30-day trial, and it's a month-to-month service so no long term lock in.
Javelin CRM has full sales pipeline tracking which makes it more of a CRM rather than a contact manager. Javelin CRM is also flexible so users can add their own custom fields and reporting lists. The email dropbox facility makes linking with any email system straight forward.
