KarmaCRM - Easy, yet powerful CRM for all Tech Levels

I own a media company that specializes in branding for Doctors and Lawyers.

Both practice areas are just starting out in the social media world, and that is enough for them to take on with limited frustration because of the learning curve.

I tried many different CRM's before finding KarmaCRM. With my field of work documenting things that I have done as well as setting tasks and keeping my clients informed is a necessity. All the other CRM's were very limited in customization, it was either too large of a program that took too much time to customize for both the client and my company, or it was too simple and didn't allow us to add all the content needed. The other CRM platforms actually hindered us from moving forward on some of our very important tasks.

With KarmaCRM it has been very easy for both parties. Both my team and I can add as much info and fields in short amounts of time and allows our clients to easily add and find what they need and where they are with a task, which has now turned our days into win, win situations!

Highly Intuitive CRM - KarmaCRM

Hi John,

I've been in the CRM space for quite some time and involved in prize winning RecruitingCRM software in the past and hands down this application is a total surprise. I've used SalesForce and many other applications however this app takes the prize. Its easy to manipulate Ruby-On-Rails architecture makes it a shoe in for fast enhancements of Social network connectivities.

These guys took a step back and re thought the future of CRM and they are keeping up with the times. Kudos to the Karma team. This CRM application needs to be in the spot-light. Just tested the new Alpha release and fell in love with the UI and quick views. The tagging feature is incredibly useful.
