Enterprise class Web based hosted CRM application covering inbound calling for sales inquiries, support and case tracking with escalation, registrations, subscriptions, renewals, complaints and a customer direct access portal. Designed for use by large teams across locations. An available for monthly usage on a hosted model, or an in-premise perpetual license.
