LeadsOnRails query
by: Perry

Hi Scott,

Thanks for clarifying this query from one of our visitors, especially as you have independently sought out and responded to it. Kudos! You obviously track conversations about your products on social media - Twitter in this case?

This is refreshing as often I will bring queries raised on our site to the attention of the CRM vendor in question as still not receive any response. This of course doesn't give prospective or existing customers much faith in their credibility.

Cheers
Perry

LeadsOnRails
by: Scott Meade

Thank you for asking about LeadsOnRails. My name is Scott Meade. I am a developer of LeadsOnRails. Maybe I can explain how the email component fits in.

Our newest product is PlaybookIQ. It retains many of the features of LeadsOnRails. But, one thing PlaybookIQ does not offer is the ability for our system to send emails on your behalf.

We have found that there are many email campaign service providers that do a great job at reliable email delivery and offer powerful list management features such as opt-in/opt-out. As LeadsOnRails grew, we found that email delivery is an offering that we simply felt is best provided by businesses whos' primary focus and expertise is email campaigns.

That is what we mean by the ability to deliver email. Sorry for the confusion and I hope this clarification helps with an understanding of the move to PlaybookIQ.

SmallBizCRM has reviewed PlaybookIQ here: http://www.smallbizcrm.com/PlaybookIQ-CRM-review.html

Scott Meade
