Leads On Rails review

I was having a really hard time finding a CRM system that did exactly what I wanted. I was actually looking for something that helped me organize my prospects into a process that I could follow. I just found this software/service (No affiliation) that I am LOVING. Its called www.leadsonrails.com. Leads On Rails is webbased, pretty inexpensive, and really fast. You can setup your prospects on certain 'tracks' which have steps in the sales process. So, step 1 might be a letter, step 2 a phone call, and you tell the system how many days you want the steps apart. THen when that next step is due it will show up in your queue on that day. Its really great. You can setup multiple tracks and put different types of customeres in different tracks.

Anyways, wanted to throw that out. I had a REALLY hard time finding something that does this because most its more for prospecting than just customer management. I recommend LeadsOnRails HIGHLY.
