Legal CRM -What is the Best CRM software for a Law Firm?

Hi All,

I need some help choosing a good Legal CRM software for a Law Firm. I need to be able to attach Wordperfect documents to contact(s) as well as share calendars with other Lawyers in my firm. I was looking a CRM4Legal.com but it seems their application integrates with MS Outlook. Does this mean I would only be able to share calendars if I had an exchange server in place.

I need a good recommendation on a CRM application that is catered to legal professionals/ law firms.

Apart from Salesforce and other brands, that are mentioned, here is one that tops my list of favorite CRM- StayinFront CRM.
StayinFront, Inc. has come out with many versions of its own CRM software with the most robust features meeting today's requirements. The best thing is the Analytics they provide. It is very powerful and really helps.
StayinFront CRM however tops the 'CRM of choice' list for the Leading Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences, and Consumer Goods Companies of the world. I am not sure for legal but you can at least try for an inquiry to them if they can help you with a customized CRM solution. By committing to only using CRM products, you may be setting yourself up for much more work long term.

Take a look at http://www.thelegalassistant.com to see what else in addition can be achieved with todays legal software packages. I am sure once you started distributing a few letters to your clients with the click of a mouse and receiving notifications of key dates in your cases you would not want to settle just for a CRM.
