LeGrand CRM User issues

1) We worked with the company to install the new version and to create an empty database, except our companies and contacts. the support person exported from our old database to and excel spreadsheet and had me clean up some of the data and then import it into legrand. This worked fine until i updated from QuickBooks and found out that the previously loaded data did not have the key id with it so everything old was duplicated. I then tried for over 3 weeks to get them to assist me but they were too busy to correct their mistake. But they would be happy to sell me some support time to assist with a problem they created. 2) The transactions tab for customers is highly buggy. If you switch to a new customer the transactions for the previous customer remain on the screen. If you try to refresh to get transactions for the new customer nothing happens unless you change the type field. Only then is the new customer transactions updated. Also if you double click on a transaction you are supposed to be switched to QuickBooks and that record is supposed to be on the screen. This also does not work as you are not switched to QuickBooks and again only the very first transaction is loaded. Again technical support is very poor and only interested if you are willing to pay. Seems to me that problems with a new version should not cost me to fix them. Add or read comments about the LeGrand CRM User issues below.
