1. Our solution works directly with the CRM Server, no server bridge in between. As a result, customers can purchase 1 copy or scale up to multiple copies if they need and when they need... 2. It is sold on one-time license basis for $99 that gives the customers a perpetual license for 1 copy and the license also gives them access to full upgrade unless there is some major feature upgrade in the program. There is no monthly subscription fee, no additional cost. 3. Finally, we make smaller versions of the CRM program e.g. Contact and Activity manager which includes contact, and contact related activities, opportunities entities for matured businesses that do not need a full featured program for only $20. Shortly, we will be releasing smaller versions at similar cost for service and case activity management, task management and any other suggestions we receive from customers. And we are constantly upgrading the CRM mobile product to make it more user friendly and provide more mobile application integration. Some of the versions i.e. Symbian Nokia and Windows Mobile even comes with phone call recording where the call is recorded and uploaded to the MS CRM server as related activity. On devices like BlackBerry where recording is not possible, Calls are logged as activities. Similarly other easy CRM intelligence capturing through attaching a Voice note, a meeting recording, a picture illustration are also included in the application.
