Check out OctopusCity - wwww.octopuscity.com for awesome free crm and contact management, very intuitive... more so than zoho, and you can upgrade to Octopus City full crm suite for only $25/user.

OctopusCity has an excellent UI, and many features. The only reason I didn't give it a "5" is that you can't create new fields, or rename the existing ones. As a PIM it's excellent, though.
