The fact that each site appears to be on one topic is entirely the point.. for a successful site, that is.
Success, in a sense, is all about niche sites. So if you have two, great, but then create two sites. (SBI! has research tools to help you identify the viability of your niche sites).

Thanks for the reply.
A little off topic here but I noticed you use SBI. and I am considering it as well. I am a little tired of the run-a-round I am getting on the subject of hosting and site building tools, etc.
Do you use it for more than one website? It seems to only do one theme at a time and I have two.
