Yes,
we're starting to use PMAM CRM, after doing extensive research. The program is extremely powerful, but requires a little bit of a learning curve, but their support has been excellent for us. Our business, www.JanitoriaCleaningPhoenix.com, is more than pleased so far. We have no issues at all with their plan to sell advertising on some pages, to us it's a small trade for such a powerful free tool.
