I clicked on SalesNexus for their Free 30 day trial, after reading all the reviews, and also this on their website: "there’s no software to download or commitments to make. Just complete the form below and you’ll receive login instructions to our completely web-based system. You’ll be up and running in just minutes." I got an autoresponder after filling out the form, WITHOUT any "log on details", WITHOUT any passwords etc, just an email saying the CEO would "be calling you soon so we can walk through how SalesNexus can help you reach your unique goals"! That was 5 hours ago! So much for "up and running in minutes!"
WAS very keen to check it out, NOT so keen anymore.

SalesNexus is one of the best CRM's on the market today. Our company has been using it for about a year now and cant say enough good things about what it has done for my business. From the time we started, when we got the quick start program and were sped right through uploading the contacts, and through today, where the support team is always on call if we need any help, SalesNexus has been the solution for us. My favorite thing about SalesNexus is the email marketing capabilities. Not only can we create HTML emails to send out but we can mass send them on the SalesNexus server and track exactly who has opened them and who has not.

Rude rude rude & product not at all what promised by: Interested in crm for 25 users
I called in for pricing info last week before I started a free trial. Rolando, I think was the rude guy's name was basically very loud on the phone which was a clue he had no idea what he was talking about, didn't want to answer any of my questions and was very rude like a used car salesman. I need an all in one solution for sales and email marketing since I do not have a separate marketing department so decided to sign up & try free trial even though put off by sales department. Can't login to free trial. Misspelled words on website should have been a red flag as well as several web pages come up as "page not found". Really too bad not another product on the market that offers an all in one solution but InfusionSoft has been very helpful and offered solutions I can benefit from as well as count on. If you have other solutions that will meet my company's needs please let me know.

Our system emails Free Trial logon information within 5 or 10 minutes at the most. Sometimes, these emails will be caught in your Junk or Spam folder as the URL and password are cryptic strings of numbers and text and that peaks the interest of spam filters ;-)

Called this morning and was very turned off with the sales staff. I wanted to know the price (up front) because I don't have time to waste talking to someone if the price is out of my range. However, he insisted on following his process more than was interested in helping me. So I gave him my name. However, that wasn't so fast and as he is trying to spell and then wanted my last name (which I also gave), I finally said (for the second time) what is the price or could I speak with someone who can give me a price.
He said "so you don't want to identify yourself, you just want to ask questions" - rude, rude. In which I responded, "I just did identify myself, what are you talking about".
Sorry guys I didn't call to get drama and conflict - is the price really that secret and sacred? Oh must have insulted YOU with my rudeness of not making small talk and conversation first.
Anyway - he gave the price of $39/per user in which I responded "same as esales, but not as friendly" - in which he laughed and said "ok buy".
I guess you are flooded with customers and can afford to loose a few that don't want to play by your rule -eh?
