While sad, this is not too surprising from our perspective. I am often dismayed by the disinterest or even disdain a few CRM vendors treat comments made by their customers (or ex customers) on our website. I always give vendors right of reply but these are sometimes never responded to or often too late to be of any real PR value to them.
