As many of you know, CustomerHub makes a popular membership site and customer portal platform that works exclusively with Infusionsoft. CustomerHub membership sites allow small businesses to easily deliver protected content to paying customers and automate the subscription and collections process, helping them generate recurring revenue, save time and eliminate administrative overhead.

Why did we acquire CustomerHub?

We believe all small businesses of the future will be delivering their valuable training, coaching and other content online to their customers using online membership sites that are completely integrated and automated with their CRM, marketing and ecommerce systems.

The entire CustomerHub team will be joining the Infusionsoft team, including co-founders Kyle Leavitt and Nate Leavitt. They will continue to lead the product vision and development team for CustomerHub and they will direct our membership site strategy.

CustomerHub will make its way into the Infusionsoft product family in the coming months and will be marketed, sold, commissioned and supported like other Infusionsoft products. Until that time, CustomerHub will be sold and supported as a standalone product from the CustomerHub website, www.customerhub.net.

How can Infusionsoft partners recommend and sell CustomerHub?
CustomerHub has an affiliate partner program in place that currently pays a 20% referral fee on services and subscriptions. Partners that would like to promote CustomerHub can enroll in the program.

What about other membership site products?

Infusionsoft will continue to work with a variety of popular membership site tools that integrate with Infusionsoft. InfusionWP from ResponseFlow will continue to be supported as an addon product and will still be recommended for Infusionsoft customers who want their membership site to be technically integrated within their WordPress® website.
