We signed up with Stazzle about 4 weeks ago. We never received any confirmation of our account. We contacted "stazzle" several times regarding an error on signing that their website is not activating our account knowing that we signed with this CRM by recommendation. We talked personally with the Owner Zagros Bigvand and several times he replied that he will talk to his IT department to see where is the error on the signing page. Today, June 11, 2009 he basically said to us that he does not want to be bother with our problem and he can't help us, and slam the phone. Nice customer service Mr. Zagros Bigvand. You may be a billionaire or millionaire but by acting that way you won't gain our business. I won't wish you any bad karma but I thought we could work together or have one of your guy look at your software....

I've used them all and I love the free CRM Stazzle.com It keeps track of my addresses, birthdays, and biggest of all I can build a referral tree. The referral tree is a great asset to build new relationships with percpective referral partners. Show them the trees you've built for others and that you can do the same for them. The only CON to Stazzle is I wish they had more e-card options. They've covered all the major holidays but I with they would add more off holidays like St. Patricks days, Halloween, etc.

I am so glad that I found this site. My broker recomended that I try Stazzle.com as a new free tool to track all my contacts. Who whould have thought that a business family tree would be so helpful. Now I can visually see where all of my contacts came from, and its easy. All you have to do when you add a new contact is select the name of the person who refered them and done. You can also send free ecards and emails. I use the site for mass emails to all of my contacts as well as mass ecards. Stazzle.com also lets you buy gifts for your contacts right through the site, and they made it easy. So when it comes time for a contacts birthday, i just simply click on there business tree to see what they have done for me. No referals, they are getting an ecard. But if they have been profitable to my business this year, i am going to send them a gift. Just click and buy. I am so excited about this new technology. Something so simple, yet so important. Stazzle.com is deffinetly the best contact management tool that i have ever seen. Check them out. you will not regret it.
