We've been using Aplicor CRM and accounting in the UK and Canada for almost two years and have been very pleased with the product's capabilities, the hosting service reliability (no downtime :)) and the company's customer service (which is stellar!).
While most everybody appreciates the software application, Aplicor has been the only business software system ever promoted by our sales staff (a feat we previously thought impossible). I highly recommend Aplicor for consideration by anybody looking for hosted CRM or accounting software.
