Very Pleased with Aplicor CRM

Our company implemented Aplicor CRM and ERP almost two years ago in the US, UK and Singapore. We’re very pleased with the system and feel its best value comes from ease of use, business process automation and reporting. We also found it extremely simple to customize the system for our business.
Our most popular user comments about the Aplicor system are almost always about ease of use. The system facilitates a convenient one-click-to-anywhere capability which can be configured by user to really enhance labor productivity. The ability to adapt the system to our miller hieman sales methodology has also been a big help.
As the project manager for the implementation, I was very skittish on the customization capability, possibly because I'm not a programmer. However, I was extremely pleased with the visual toolkits which permitted us to modify the system for our users and really tailor it for our business.
If you're going to perform system integration with Aplicor, I highly recommend using their AXIOM web services library. We didn't start out with it (due to our in-house programmers desire to do it himself), however, ultimately we did adopt them and ended up saving a lot of time.
Our two year experience with Aplicor has been excellent. We don't call customer support much, but when we do the help desk is great. We've incurred no downtime and the product performs as advertised.
