We are currently using Voicersuite, a hosted CRM, in our corporate environment. It has revenue, expense, invoicing modules (by default) for billing purposes.
The visual is very professional and very user-friendly. I would say it is for all levels of users.
Ask them for an extended free trial. Take advantage of it. Highly recommended.
